Summit’s LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® team building programs were developed to bring the creativity and engagement of play into the serious business of building high performance teams.
The LEGO® Bricks® are a means to develop effective story telling through building
and sharing metaphors that convey business situations and development opportunities.
Participants unleash their creativity and innovation and connect in a whole new way while discussing team opportunities, goals,vision, values and more. In doing so, complexity is reduced, and valuable knowledge is shared. In this way, LEGO SERIOUS PLAY makes it easier and more constructive to handle the challenges that teams and organizations are faced with.
This indoor based program requires open table space for building and discussing. Program duration 90 minutes to 2 hours.
