Blue Mountain Resort and Conference Centre: Blue Mountain Resort and Conference Centre has all you need for a great family getaway or a fabulous team meeting or conference. For companies hosting a meeting here you have endless choices of accommodation, meeting space, recreation, entertainment, and food.

For meetings you can choose from the Westin Trillium House, the Village Conference Centre, The Blue Mountain Inn Conference Centre or the Grand Central Lodge Conference Centre. All of which can host small intimate groups and groups in the hundreds. Each conference venue has great food options, but you can also walk into the Blue Mountain Village and find a large variety of restaurants from pubs to fine dining. In the village there are also many great shops for clothing, souvenirs, art, ski and bike equipment and more.

Living Waters Resort and The Bear Estate: located on the shores of Georgian Bay this facility can host conferences, meetings, weddings and social events. Meeting space is available in the spacious and beautiful Bear Estate located right on the water beside the harbour.

Your group will feel relaxed and focused at the same time. When looking for team building you can enjoy the nearby hiking/walking trails, go for a bike ride, charter a sailboat, go fishing or rent a jet ski. In the winter you are just moments away from the ski hills and snowshoe trails. On the roof of the resort is a huge open space that is great for social events, informal meetings and team building and the view of Georgian Bay and the Niagara Escarpment can’t be beat. Georgian Peaks Ski Club: A fascinating fact is that the Collingwood and Blue Mountain area hosts the largest number of private ski clubs in the world. Not only does this mean there is great skiing and recreation in the area, but you can also access the ski clubs to host a social event, team building or a team meeting.

All of the ski clubs have great facilities and the newest renovation belongs to the Georgian Peaks Ski Club. This premier ski club recently built a new, spacious and well appointed clubhouse. Inside you have a unique environment to host a team meeting or a team building program.

Climbing one of the tallest mountains in the world takes teamwork. Teams must build trust, communicate effectively, problem solve and push through challenging times. The Blue Mountain Altitude Challenge takes your team through the experience of climbing Mount Everest, as represented by the beautiful Blue Mountains. In this high-energy program, your team will be tested through a series of competitive challenges as they hike up beautiful Blue Mountain. We start in your meeting room and then head to the trails. Program duration 2-2.5 hours.

Bruce Trail: The Bruce Trail runs for over 700 km from Niagara Falls to Tobermory and part of the trail runs through the Collingwood Blue Mountain area. Take your team on an amazing walk with stunning views from the top of the Niagara escarpment. This can be an easy or challenging hike depending upon the trail you choose. Beer and Wine Tour: There are many wineries and craft breweries in the area. Take a tour to explore several in a day or pick one for an enjoyable afternoon and a meal.

Cycling: If you are a road rider or a trail rider this area has it all. Quiet backroads with rolling farm hills or challenging and beautiful single track mountain bike trails are abundant in the area. Check in with one of the local bike shops to get the best suggestions and rentals for your team.

Scenic Caves: Scenic Caves is located in one of Canada’s eighteen UNESCO biosphere reserves and dating back 450 million years. This area is rich in geology and cultural history.
