This has been the best Monday in a long time for all of us!

Full sun. Wide open sky with no wind. Chilly temperature somewhere in the ballpark of minus 25 Celsius.

Today we were transported by snowmobile along the frozen fiords to the entrance of the National Park. Billy, Albert, and Colin from Qik transported us on big sleds carrying our gear on a not always so smooth snowy surface.

About 4 hours later with a few stops for pictures in this absolutely stunning part of the world we were ready to set up camp.
We are tired but very happy as everything went well. I think we will sleep well tonight!
