Christy has a passion for helping individuals realize their full potential, and develop the skills that make them more effective in their professional and personal lives.
Inspired by human behaviour and interpersonal dynamics, she is committed to helping people develop more effective relationships, be more productive members of their team or community, and build the soft skills that will make them great leaders.Christy has worked extensively as an Experiential Learning Facilitator in the private and public business sectors since 2001, custom designing and delivering team building programs for frontline staff, management, and executive teams Christy joins the Summit Team as a Program Director, with a focus on the Collingwood area.

With a gifted team of facilitators to support her, she is designing and delivering team building programs for groups at Blue Mountain Resort, and other businesses in Simcoe and Grey Bruce Counties.

In addition to her work with organizations, Christy lends her dynamic skills to the development and delivery of empowerment programs for women, management of a mentoring and education program for youth at risk and as an event coordinator of an educational film series, all within her community.

She also, trains staff of adventure programs at camps and resorts across Canada, in risk management and effective program delivery techniques of high ropes courses and ziplines.
